Project officer for Allied Health Students in the Early Childhood Intervention Sector

ECIA have recently contracted with researchers at The University of Sydney to investigate the involvement of allied health students in ECI services with a view to developing the future workforce and enhancing the capacity of the sector to meet the needs of children who have developmental delays and disabilities and their families. 

The research team is seeking expressions of interest from people who are suitably qualified to assist with the implementation of the project, analysis of the outcomes and preparation of the final report. The project officer will be employed through The University of Sydney on a casual basis for approximately 15 hours per week for 6 months.

We are seeking someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Management of complex projects requiring strong organisational skills, strategic thinking and active contribution to all aspects including collecting and analysing data 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Degree qualified with a preference for high degree and/or research experience
