We are looking for a dedicated therapist to take on the role of Occupational Therapist.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver client centred outcomes focused therapy intervention to clients.
  • Work closely with other Clinicians to ensure clinical excellence across the organisation;
  • Contribute to and be actively involved in service development opportunities;
  • Belong to an exciting and dynamic organisation

Your caseload

Will consist of paediatric clients ranging from early intervention to school age and adolescence. You will also have the opportunity to work with adults clients.

With more than 20 years’ experience supporting people living with disability, Therapy Focus is Western Australia’s leading provider of professional therapy services. We employ more than 300 staff across 20 office locations, providing our 3,500 clients with access to a network of allied health clinicians experienced in disability.

The Team

Our small, localised teams work collaboratively and deliver transdisciplinary services that help people with disability achieve goals and grow potential. In your team you will work with other Allied Health Professionals.

To be considered for this position you will be required to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Well-developed problem solving and clinical reasoning skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively with key stakeholders towards best practice in a changing environment

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Science; Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA Registered
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience as a clinician in the Disability Sector
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children check


  • Experience working with therapy delivery under NDIS
  • Experience in disability
