Dot to Dot is a budding, Geelong based early intervention service supporting families who have children under 7 years of age. We provide high quality services to families using primarily a transdisciplinary/interdisciplinary approach but are happy to be flexible and offer alternative evidence-based approaches.

Looking to have fun and be calm at work, we are developing a team based environment, offering our professionals choice and control. Staff choose their caseload size, hours of work and control their diary. Flexibility is key in Dot to Dot’s culture with a strong focus on a healthy work-life balance.

At Dot to Dot you will be part of a growing company and be involved in decision making. We want to hear your ideas and give you room to develop into the professional you want to be.

  • Work from your preferred place, such as home environment, accessing client data through our secure online system.
  • Participate in fortnightly meetings that include service development discussions, problem-solving, case conferences, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and complete tasks within a reasonable time-frame.
  • Work within a team demonstrating care, respect and honesty.
