ECIA / NDIA Project based in SA
9th Jan 17
ECIA in partnership with its SA Chapter and National Disability Insurance Australia (NDIA) have been contracted to manage two projects concurrently within SA.
1. Early Childhood Intervention Stakeholder Engagement Project
We have appointed Tracy Neldner as our Program Manager for this exciting project with a primary objective to increase an understanding across the Early Childhood sector about the NDIS and support services for children within our target group (0 to 6 years). Over the next 12 months Tracy aims to undertake presentations, workshops and forums throughout metropolitan Adelaide.
Whether you represent a key partner agency, service provider, families or the community, Tracy would appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you how we can work together to promote best practice in Early Childhood Intervention and support information pathways about the NDIS referral pathways.
Please contact Tracy on 0421 274 397 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Mapping Project
ECIA have engaged Health Outcomes International (HOI), a local Consulting firm to map throughout SA current and potential Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and ECEI services that may support children with developmental delay and disabilities and their families. HOI's aim is to identify existing ECI providers, map existing mainstream service providers and services in rural and remote communities. This mapping is essential to identify gaps that may exist across the State and will include online surveys and focus groups.
To register your interest in being involved please call Andrew McAlindon from HOI on 8363 3699 or email email@example.com.
Your participation and involvement will greatly strengthen the outcomes for Early Childhood Intervention in South Australia.
